Hi, I’m Lesley Ann Hartman, and I’m so glad you’re here.

This blog has been on my heart for years. As a lifelong artist and entrepreneur, I’ve spent most of my adult life navigating the messy, thrilling space where creativity meets business. I’ve launched startups that fizzled and others that found their stride. I’ve painted through burnout, booked clients I never thought I’d land, and learned to trust my instincts more than the noise.

Now I’m creating a space to share what I’ve learned—and what I’m still learning—with women like you. Women who are building something of their own. Women who don’t want to choose between being creative and being successful. Women who are looking for insight, encouragement, and maybe just a little permission to do things differently.
