Hi, I’m Lesley Ann Hartman, an entrepreneur, artist, and champion of creative women carving out their own paths in business and life. Based in sunny Tampa, Florida, I’ve spent the past decade building and advising small businesses rooted in passion, craftsmanship, and imagination. From art studios and boutique consultancies to pop-up markets and online brands, my work has always centered around one idea: creativity is not just an expression, it’s an engine for independence.

As an artist myself, painting has always been my sanctuary. Whether it’s a moody seascape, a still life in oil, or an abstract inspired by my travels, I find joy in translating emotion into color. That same curiosity and boldness inform how I approach entrepreneurship. Building something from scratch, whether it’s a canvas or a company, takes vision, grit, and an appetite for risk. I’ve learned just as much from my failed ventures as I have from the ones that succeeded, and I believe that kind of honesty is essential in this space.

I’ve lived in Tampa for several years now, but my journey here has taken me across the globe, from European art cities to bustling markets in Southeast Asia. Traveling shaped my sense of possibility and deepened my belief that women everywhere have powerful stories to tell and ideas worth backing.
