There are two ways in which a visitor may provide and consent to gathering of personal information.

Email.... links are used throughout the website to provide the visitor with the opportunity to contact me via email with orders, comments or questions. 

Form.... the contact form (on the contact page) is provided to help my visitors  email me with their comments and suggestions and to request to be included on the mailing list for new prints and cards etc.  As part of the form the visitor will be asked to submit their name and email address.  This information is used only to respond to your requests and will NEVER be sold, rented, leased, published or disclosed in any manor without your prior consent.
